Connect integrations

Connect Gmail or Microsoft, enable Google Drive import, and validate SMTP, SMS, and OAuth configuration.

Connect an email provider

Settings > Integrations supports Gmail and Microsoft account connections when the matching OAuth client and redirect URI are configured on the backend.

  • Confirm the redirect URI exactly matches the provider application.
  • Connect the approved mailbox and send a test email.
  • Disconnect stale provider accounts when ownership changes.
  • Keep SMTP configured as the deployment-level delivery path when required.

Enable Google Drive import

Configure the Google Drive Picker client and API key on the deployment, then test document selection from New template.

Enable SMS and phone verification

Configure Twilio messaging for delivery and Twilio Verify for one-time phone verification. Test international phone formatting and provider callbacks before enabling phone-only production flows.
